A jar of something you made yourself is a small, generous thing to give. This tag says who it's from, and asks, nicely, for the jar back.
These are free printable gift tags for home canners. One US Letter sheet gives you six hang tags that read “Return the jar and I’ll fill it again.” Print the sheet, cut them out, punch the hole and tie one on with a bit of twine.
Before you print
- Print at 100% / Actual size on US Letter paper. Turn off “Fit to page” and “Shrink oversized pages.”
- Each sheet has a 1 in bar in the top corner. Measure it before you cut; if it isn't 1 in, the page was scaled.
- Cut on the solid outline (the corner marks show where) and punch the small circle.
- The tag hangs from twine around the neck of the jar, so it suits regular and wide-mouth jars alike.
